Due to the frequency of missed appointments, we have implemented more strict no-show and cancellation policies. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and/or appointment changes. A fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment will apply for all no-showed appointments and late cancellations. A fee of $30 + GST will apply for same-day cancellations.

We are happy to provide Direct Billing to all major benefit providers! Our office requires a piece of Government Issued ID for verification and a valid Credit Card on file in order to directly bill your insurance. We are not able to submit doctor’s notes to your benefits provider on your behalf.

Vaccinations: If you are receiving a vaccine, please wait for 48 hours after the vaccine prior to booking a massage with us. This is for your health and safety.
