After graduating from MH Vicars in 2021, I took a particular interest in furthering my education with continuing competency programs. Most recently, I completed an extensive foot reflexology course with a musculoskeletal specialization. This can be a great option for someone who can’t tolerate traditional massage or has foot pain and dysfunction.

My love for massage has stemmed from sustaining and rehabilitating past injuries of my own. I have a particular interest in neck pain, shoulder dysfunction, and radiating nerve pain down the arms. Treatments are tailored to each individual and incorporate a mix of massage, cupping, hot towels, and Graston.

My husband and I own an acreage where we are raising our two children. When not working I can either be found on the back of a horse or caring for my beloved dogs and chickens.

Services offered are:

  • Relaxation Massage
  • Therapeutic Massage
  • Pre/Postnatal Massage
  • Couples Massage
  • Hot Stone Massage

I’m a fully Registered Massage Therapist as of 2022, I was awarded with honours in my two years and offered to do student mentorship. I’m very much excited to grow in my chosen new career at Therapeutic Body Concepts!

I want to help people relieve pain and educate them on proper posture and harmful repetitive strain patterns. Therapeutic massage is an effective mode of treatment for injuries that occur during activities of daily living.

Hi, my name is Rosa, and I am a registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Edmonton – Canada. First, I would like to tell you a little about my experience in the health and fitness industry. I have a degree as a Physiotherapist from my home country Colombia in 2003. For many years I was working with countless people who had physical limitations due to past injuries and/or muscular imbalances, then when I arrived in Canada I decided to work with YMCA as a personal trainer and cardio dance instructor until 2019. In Canada, my focus has always been to renew my studies and re-enter my field, as a result, I enrolled as a registered Massage Therapist. This has provided me with opportunities to refresh and gain new knowledge in two different areas of work that are very compatible together.

Now the sum of my knowledge, my experience and above all my passion for what I do that is helping people minimize their bodily pains through manual therapy, helping athletes looking to improve performance, or anyone seeking to improve overall wellness are my sole focus.

I graduated from MacEwan University’s 2200 hour massage therapy program in 2015. I was first drawn to massage therapy when I received physiotherapy and massage treatments for an injury as a child. Through my own experience of receiving massage, I was able to understand how healing it is and wanted to pursue a career where I could provide the same healing therapy to others.

Since graduating in 2015, I have continued to improve my work by taking additional courses. My further training and experience thus far includes courses in Reiki, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Hot Jade Stone Massage, and Thai Massage. I enjoy using these different massage skills and techniques to create a treatment that is suited to each client’s needs.
