Hi! 🙌🏼

After spending over a decade in the health sector, I went back to school for massage therapy in 2020.

I, originally, graduated from Brock University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree that focused on Community Health and Wellness through health promotion and health assessment. I then worked within differing health modalities, clinics, and fitness facilities; until 2015. At this time, I analyzed medical documentation from employees and employers of various occupations in order to design, implement, and improve rehabilitation and return-to-work programs. As I found I wasn’t able to improve upon the general health and wellness of individuals on a community level; I returned to school in 2020 for massage therapy!

I enjoy customizing each treatment to the client and actively work at providing a safe and inclusive environment for all my clients! I highly recommend massage therapy for everyone and look forward to working with you or referring you to the right practitioner! ✨

  • Massage for Maintenance
  • Common Office/Student ailments
  • MVA/post whiplash/post-concussion

I became a massage therapist in 2018 because I wanted to make a positive change in this world. I wanted a career where I could help people feel healthy and able to continue doing the things that they love.

Over the last couple of years, I have been trained in sports massage, myofascial remodeling, traditional Thai massage, cupping, and prenatal massage. I have had mentors from several different backgrounds varying between extreme deep tissue, therapeutic sports massage to the quiet craniosacral approach. Within my practice, I prefer incorporating all of my backgrounds to fit the specific reason my client is coming in.

As an athlete, I know firsthand how debilitating injuries can be and how some symptoms never seem to go away. I use my experience from past injuries to help me understand where my clients are at and to formulate more sustainable treatment plans. I specialize in myofascial remodeling and visceral manipulation with the intention of breaking down scar tissue to improve movement for vital structures within the body.

I am also a Manual Osteopathic Therapist! An excellent way of simplifying what an MOT does is creating balance within the body so all structures perform optimally. Under the scope of MOT, I can do osteoarticular adjustments which are joint realignments, visceral manipulation, advanced myofascial remodeling, craniosacral, and advanced lymphatic drainage treatments. Individually each treatment can be useful however when combined into a manual osteopathic treatment all adjustments can be longer-lasting and have a better effect on the body.

I look forward to seeing you in my treatment room!

Hi! My name is Chantal 😊

I graduated as an RMT in January 2021, and have been enjoying this rewarding profession for almost 4 years!

I am excited to offer Hot Bamboo Massages, in addition to relaxation, therapeutic, hot stone, cupping, pre/post-natal, and induction massage. A combination of Swedish, therapeutic, trigger point, and gentle joint mobilization techniques softens tension and provides an effective massage.

I’m a mother of four: three ‘twenty-somethings’ and one teen. Having gone through four pregnancies, I empathize with women’s physical and emotional tension during pregnancy, after delivery, and throughout motherhood. I’m also familiar with the intensity, physical, emotional, and mental stress of Special Needs life and parenting, as a couple of my children are on the Autism Spectrum (with co-morbidities).

Doing pre- and postnatal treatments is one of my passions. To help (new) moms feel better (physically, but also emotionally and mentally) while working together to form a treatment plan that works, is priceless.

I love focusing on the head, neck, and back to melt away headaches, relax upper and lower back tension, and increase circulation. I enjoy incorporating a scalp treatment to aid in relaxation and stress relief.

Regardless of a client’s needs, my aim is to create a safe, warm, and relaxing environment for everyone.

Services Offered:

  • Relaxation, Therapeutic & Deep Tissue Massage
  • Pre- & Post-natal Massage
  • Induction Massage Therapy
  • Hot Bamboo Massage
  • Hot Stone Massage
  • Cupping
