I have been practicing massage therapy since 2018 after graduating from the 2200-hour diploma program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT).
My experience with massage therapy goes back to my youth. My mother was a massage therapist, and I developed an interest in massage in my childhood. She took me to a workshop in my teens so I could learn about muscles, anatomy, and how to do some basic massage. I was immediately fascinated. The experience sparked my interest in the human body and how to help others in their healing process; and has now evolved into a rewarding career. I am eagerly continuing to learn new skills!
I understand that everyone has different health and wellness goals, and my focus is to work with you to tailor your treatment to your needs. I enjoy incorporating movement and stretches into my treatments and combining therapeutic and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system, alleviate pain, increase mobility, reduce stress, and get you back to your daily activities feeling great!

Tansi, nitisihkason Adeline. I am a Manual Osteopathic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist from Fort McMurray First Nation.
I became a massage therapist in 2018 because I wanted a career where I could make a positive change by helping people continue doing the things that they love, supporting longevity in the process.
Over the course of my career, I have been trained in a vast array of modalities. I specialize in deep tissue hot stone massage, myofascial remodeling, and manual lymphatic drainage.
Deep tissue hot stone, manual lymphatic drainage, and hot oil scalp massages combine luxury with therapy and are some of my favourite treatments to offer.
Within my practice, I prefer incorporating all of my backgrounds to accommodate a customized treatment. Upon request, I can incorporate cups and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) tools.
As an athlete, I know firsthand how debilitating injuries can be and how some symptoms never seem to go away. I use my experience from past injuries to help understand where my clients are at and to calculate a sustainable treatment plan.
Through my Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT) practice, I create balance within the body so that all structures can perform optimally. Under the scope of MOT, I can do osteoarticular adjustments which include joint realignments, visceral manipulation, advanced myofascial remodeling, craniosacral, and advanced lymphatic drainage treatments. Individually, each treatment can be useful; however, when combined into a manual osteopathic treatmen,t all adjustments can be longer-lasting and have a better effect on the body.
I look forward to seeing you in my treatment room and formulating a plan to help you get to where you want to be.
Please check with your insurance provider that they cover Manual Osteopathic Therapy from practitioners from the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association prior to booking an initial assessment.

Graduating as a registered massage therapist in February 2017, my passion for holistic health only grew larger from personal struggles with anxiety, depression, and a multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis at 27. This experience led me to explore healing through a mind-body-spirit approach often missing in mainstream care.
I originally studied music at Grant MacEwan University, but the stress of performing triggered my first undiagnosed MS flare-up. After leaving music, my true healing journey began, eventually leading me to study massage therapy.
Through this path, I’ve learned how chronic stress affects the body and the importance of tuning into its signals. I now specialize in helping vocalists with voice and jaw tension, and supporting clients with anxiety, fibromyalgia, neurological conditions, and trauma-related stress.
Inspired by Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, I blend traditional holistic healing techniques with modern understanding. I’m committed to growing as a therapist and plan to integrate somatic experiencing, breathwork, meditation, and herbology into my practice in the future.

Mariah Messerschmidt Dr. Ac.
I am a Doctor of Acupuncture in good standing with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAA).
I graduated with Distinction in 2015 from the MacEwan University Acupuncture Program and completed my internship at the MacEwan Acupuncture Teaching Clinic. I, as well, hold my Certification in Herbology.
After graduating from MacEwan University, I worked part-time as an Acupuncturist and continued on with my education, graduating in 2019 from the University of Alberta with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Food Science, and in the same year, received my Yoga Instructor Certification.
With everything slowing down over the last few years, I felt it best to continue attending the University of Alberta while practicing Acupuncture only when it was safe to do so. In April 2021, I graduated with Distinction from the Bachelor of Education After Degree Program, Secondary Education, majoring in Chemistry.
However, throughout all the years of my personal growth and academic pursuits, Acupuncture was then and still is now, my career of choice and where my heart lies. I am so happy at this time to be able to continue with my practice and to now have the time needed to be able to pursue and continue to add various specializations and treatments to my scope as they are completed.
Acupuncture is a holistic and natural way to address and treat the underlying root cause of many of today’s health problems with a focus on bringing the body back into a natural state of energetic balance. I always use this approach whenever possible rather than simply just treating the manifesting symptoms.
I have treated a wide variety of health-related conditions on an individual basis and have always used only the gentlest of approaches. Please note that Acupuncture does not have to be a scary experience. The majority of people who give Acupuncture a try, soon reap the benefits of each effective treatment and before they know it, they start to enjoy all the healing benefits it provides, along with the overall vitality and well-being that it promotes.
